Lindsay
Office Manager
Lindsay has been in the dental field for 24 years and has worked with Dr. Burchfiel for the past 19 years. She holds her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Nebraska. Lindsay has a passion for people and loves getting to know our patients and helping them achieve their ideal smile. She looks forward to using her skills and experience to make sure every patient has a positive dental experience.
She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Tyson and daughters, Nora and Hazel. She also loves traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Linda
Chief Operations Manager
Linda was born and raised in Lincoln, NE. She attended dental hygiene school in Denver, CO. Since that time she has worked in a variety of roles which include clinical hygiene, office manager, clinical instructor and assistant professor. She originally met Dr. Burchfiel in 2004 as a young associate at another office and she is tickled to be working with him again. She brings the sunshine into our office with her bright and positive outlook and we would be lost without Linda's insurance expertise!
Linda is married to her husband, Bill, and has two grown children and three grandchildren. Her hobbies include sewing, painting and spending time with her grandchildren.
Shaini
Registered Dental Hygienist
Shaini graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry and has been a part of the Burchfiel team for nine years now. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm to maintain high and current standards in this profession are truly appreciated by her patients and dental team. Shaini enjoys building trust and relationships with her patients and their families and we are lucky to have such a gentle and qualified dental team member.
In her spare time she likes to garden, exercise, and spend time with her husband and three children.
Haley
Registered Dental Hygienist
Haley went to the University of Nebraska at Omaha for her undergraduate degree and then attended Iowa Western Dental Hygiene School. She is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience and her patients love her fun loving disposition. She goes above and beyond not only her patients but for her fellow coworkers as well! Her favorite part of being a hygienist is getting to know her patients on a personal level while also encouraging improved overall health at the same time.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Mitch, son Myles and spoiling their 3 dogs. She also loves to travel and spend time with friends.
Gina
Registered Dental Hygienist
Gina graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She then went on to UNMC to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She has been a hygienist for many years and has been successful in building personal relationships with her patients. Many have become friends over the years! She enjoys helping patients overcome any dental anxiety.
In her free time, Gina loves to spend time with her husband Kelly and two kids. When she is not shuttling the kids to their sporting events, she enjoys reading and cooking.
Kelly
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kelly graduated from Iowa Western Dental Hygiene School. Her favorite part of being a hygienist is developing relationships with patients from ages 2 to 100+! She has worked for Dr. Burchfiel since 2022 and all of her patients rave about her!
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Steve and her two kids. She loves to travel and spend time on the lake.
Kristin
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kristin has been working in the dental field since 2002 Then decided to further her career graduating from Dental Hygiene School in 2012. She started filling in a few days here and there with Dr. Burchfiel and loved us so much she became a permanent part of the team in late 2025.
Kristin is a busy mom of two growing boys and a wife to Brent. They enjoy spoiling their cat and just got a brand-new puppy. When she is not running her boys to activities or sporting events you can find her volunteering with the infants at their church.
Tamara
Dr. Burchfiel's Dental Assistant
Tamara has been with Burchfiel Dental since 2019. She graduated from Central Missouri with a Bach of science in psychology. Tamara is such a kind sole and Dr. Pats right hand lady! She is the absolute best at making our patients feel heard and has such a gentle disposition with all of our patients.
In her spare time you can find Tamara rushing her two busy kiddos to sports and school events. She loves to be outside in the garden or making/baking homemade sourdough bread.
Jessica
Dr. Burchfiel's Dental Assistant
Jessica is a veteran dental assistant with two decades of experience and expertise! She is wonderful at explaining all produces with ease to our patients, helping calm all their nerves. She is always willing to jump in and help anyone at any time!
Although her “full-time Job” is keeping up with her two daughters’ volleyball schedules! She shares her home with her husband and their dog Waggs! When she has a quiet moment you can find her reading a thriller with a plot twist no one sees coming.
Jennifer
First Impression Specialist/Front desk
Jennifer has been with Burchfiel Dental for 3 years and is the first friendly face you see when coming into the office. She graduated from Cosmetology school in 2011. Jennifer is focused on creating a positive atmosphere for all of our patients from check-in to check-out.
In her free time you can find Jennifer camping, boating, or taking care of her 5 children. Crafting and watching the Supernovas volleyball games are also hobbies of hers.
Lindsey
Insurance Coordinator
Lindsey has been in the dental field for over 12 years and worked in all aspects of it from sterilization to assisting to front desk to management to now insurance!
In her free time, she enjoys camping, crafting and watching her husband of 15 years -Jerry race his 72 Chevy Drag Truck. Caring for all of the mini animals on their farm is a joy of hers. Although at the top the list is spoiling her 6 nieces.
Nikki
Front Desk Specialist
Nikki joined Burchfiel Dental in November of 2025 and has been a great asset ever since. She is wonderful at going over treatment plans while explaining all processes of the dental procedures.
In her spare time, you can find her singing in the kitchen while cooking up a good meal for her two boys. If not cooking, she likes to be outdoors camping and enjoys a good workout!
Sydney
Dr. Dergan's Dental Assistant
Sydney has been loving her dental assisting job since 2021. The best part of her day is getting to make connections with the patients and her coworkers. Helping people become more confident when at the dentist, getting to help them improve the overall health of their mouths.
Sydney is a lover of all animals and when she is not at work she is busy spoiling her two dogs. Sydney is recently married to the love of her life -Jack and they enjoy spending their free time with family and friends.

Dr. McKenna's Dental Assistant
Claire has been a dental assistant for 5 years and has a passion for helping people feel confident in their smiles. She loves making her patients feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way.
When she is not working you can find Claire traveling to new places, singing aloud at concerts, or baking something sweet! She and her future husband love to entertain her family and friends in her new home in Blair, but best of all, spoiling their cats.
Wilson
Wilson has been in the dental field for one whole year and loves it!! He completed his Therapy Dog Training in 2025 as top dog in the class!
His favorite part of the day is treat time (aka all hours of the work day). He never gets too far away from Dr. Pat but brings comfort and joy to his co-workers and all the patients! He really is the MVP of the office.
